Our network includes 6-person meeting rooms ideal for small team huddles and 10-person conference rooms for board meetings. For larger groups, we offer training rooms (at select locations like Workspace Cohasset) that can accommodate up to 25 people for workshops and seminars.
How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?
We provide some of the most competitive hourly meeting room rates in Massachusetts:
- Small Meeting Rooms (up to 6 people): Starting at $39/hour or $219/day.
- Large Meeting Rooms (up to 10-12 people): Starting at $49/hour or $249/day. Our transparent pricing ensures you get a premium conference space without the hidden fees of traditional hotels.
Are the meeting rooms equipped for video conferencing?
Yes. Every Workspace meeting room is Zoom-ready and equipped with high-quality AV technology. We provide large-screen monitors, high-definition cameras, and integrated audio systems to ensure your hybrid meetings and virtual presentations run flawlessly.
What amenities are included with my room rental?
Your meeting room booking is all-inclusive, providing access to:
- High-speed fiber internet (Wi-Fi) secured by a Cisco Meraki firewall.

Do I need to be a member to book a meeting room?
No. While our private office and virtual office members enjoy discounted rates and inclusive hours, our meeting rooms for rent are open to the public. You can book a meeting space near me on-demand at any of our five locations: Beverly, Braintree, Canton, Cohasset, and Hingham.
How do I reserve a room?
You can book meeting rooms online instantly through our website. Simply select your preferred location, date, and time. If you have recurring needs, you can also download the Workspace app to manage your conference room reservations on the go.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Our rooms can be booked by the hour, making them a highly flexible workspace solution for quick check-ins or full-day strategy sessions.
Can I bring my own food or cater a lunch?
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring in outside food or have lunch delivered. Our on-site kitchens are available for your use, and several of our locations (like Workspace@Shipyard Hingham and Workspace Beverly) are steps away from excellent local catering and restaurants.
Is parking available for my guests?
Yes. One of the biggest advantages of choosing Workspace over a downtown Boston venue is our free on-site parking. Your guests will appreciate the stress-free commute and easy access to the building.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that business plans change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy, typically allowing for a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation start time. (Please check your specific booking confirmation for details).
